Inside flesh is a surprising bright watermelon pink colour. Crisp with a mild flavour that has a hint of sweetness. Perfect for salads, garnishes and pickling too! Matures in 60 days. How to Grow Sow winter radish seed every 2 weeks in a sunny site with well worked soil from mid-July to late August for fall crops. Seed typically germinates in 4-6 days. Planting Depth: 12.5 mm (1/2”). Seed Spacing: 12.5 mm (1/2”). Thin to: 10 cm (4”). Row Width: 30 cm (12”). COMMENTS: Rapid growth is essential for tasty tender roots.
